INTERESTED IN LEARNING QUICK AND EASY PATCHWORK?

Suitable for all age groups

We have a course we can offer that was especially designed for seniors but would be perfect for all ages. We would be looking at a daytime class probably on a Wednesday morning for you in easy patchwork/quilting. Barbara has taught students how to make lap quilts that need NO expensive batting, so this is very cost effective and easier to do than traditional techniques. Using two methods, one called, "Sew & Flip" the other called, “Quilt as You Go" (QAYG) you can make some fabulous quilts.

Interested? Then give us a call and we will get  a class organised. Phone 5342 7050.

SPECIAL WORKSHOP WITH GUEST TUTOR YAN PRING

Come join us on a one day quilting workshop with the queen of colour herself Yan Pring. Yan will help you design your own quilt to suit either king, queen, or single bed sizes, runners or tablecloths.

“At the workshops we learn about colour, how to be brave and not to worry about perfection,” Ms Pring said.
Testimonial: “The teacher was a lovely, talented lady who is renowned for her colourwash quilts. Her classes were great fun, lots of laughter and a heck of a lot of sewing.  You see Yan did all the cutting and you did all the sewing.  That’s how you go home with a quilt top finished in a day.”
