 YOGA

DAYTIME INTRODUCTION TO YOGA CLASSES

Due to an interest from older members of our community for a yoga class in the daytime to begin at a “gentle” level we are pleased to offer this course at the centre. Your tutor will assess your level and adjust these classes to suit.

 

YOGA/MEDITATION ~ HADDON & SMYTHESDALE

Do you have back, neck or shoulder problems? Do you suffer from high or low blood pressure? Do you have high stress levels and experience anxiety attacks? Then yoga can help! Your instructor is a fully qualified yoga teacher with years of experience. Beginners are very welcome! Bookings are essential and courses must be pre paid prior to commencement.

 

MUMS AND BUBS YOGA

We are excited to be offering another 8 weeks term of yoga for you and your baby (3- 18 months).

 

CREATIVE ART THERAPY WITH CANDACE

Enjoyment and Insight through Art Making

What is Art-Therapy?    

Art Therapy uses the creative process of art making to improve and enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being.  It is fun, calming and healing and can be a great way to explore and express any issues or concerns., No previous art-making experience is necessary.                              Candace is a registered art-therapist and member of ANZATA, which means she has completed training at Master’s level in this field. Candace has many years’ experience running art- therapy groups and working one on one.  Candace currently facilitates weekly art-therapy groups at the BRICC Wellness Centre for individuals who have experienced cancer.

 

 

We are taking bookings now and then classes will be then confirmed with sufficient numbers. We re-quire a minimum of  8 students for this course.
